Happy Birthday To Me

I took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese on the morning of my birthday. Amazing how it's busy at 10:30 a.m.! My friend, Jodi, came with us, and we met Kristen and Alexis there. The night before I had dinner with the rest of my family at Old Chicago. Anyway, we all had a good time, and here are several pictures to prove it.








The kids had other stuff with their dad to do after that, so Jodi and I did a little book shopping then headed to Mimi's Cafe to meet another friend, Jennifer, for lunch. Mmmmm - what good food! I even got a free piece of French Silk Pie for my birthday.
I headed home to a real birthday treat - Dana, Dick, the girls, and new baby Adam stopped by to visit, as they were in town for the weekend! It was so great to see them and talk at length with Dana. And of course, I loved holding Adam.
Next I went with Jodi to a Tastefully Simple party and ordered some good stuff - can't wait til I get it!
I headed back home, called my neighbor Kim, found out they were waiting on a table at El Rodeo, so I joined them and some other people. I ended up going out to the bars that night - so not me - and I even was dancing - ack! it's been years since I did that last! It ended up being a very late night, and I was still celebrating into the next day!
